These terms govern your use of Job Resiliens, operated by STV Solvthruvdo Information Services Private Limited ("we," "us," "our"). By creating an account, you agree to them.
You must be at least 18 years old, and legally able to enter into this agreement, to use Job Resiliens.
Job Resiliens gives you an AI-assisted assessment of your job's automation risk, a personalized upskilling plan, and tools to plan a role change, recover from a layoff, or move overseas. It is a decision-support tool, not a guarantee of any outcome.
You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for anything that happens under your account. Tell us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.
You retain ownership of the resume, profile information, and any other content you upload or enter. You grant us a limited license to store, process, and use that content solely to provide and improve the service to you (including the AI processing described in our Privacy Policy). We do not claim ownership of your resume or career content.
You agree not to: misrepresent your identity or someone else's resume as your own in a way intended to defraud; attempt to break, overload, or reverse-engineer the service; scrape or bulk-extract data from it; or use it for any unlawful purpose. Uploading a resume that doesn't match your account may result in warnings or, on repeat abuse, account restriction.
Some features require a paid tier. Access is granted at our discretion once payment arrangements are confirmed. We do not currently store your payment card details ourselves; if a payment processor is integrated in the future, it will handle payment data directly under its own terms. Pricing and included features may change, but we won't retroactively change what an already-active subscription period includes.
Some text you see (score narratives, resource suggestions, resume drafts) is generated with AI assistance. Review anything AI-generated before relying on it or sending it externally (e.g. to an employer) — we don't guarantee its accuracy, and you're responsible for how you use it.
Paid AI analysis features (including the AI Deep-Dive Report) go further: they produce a directional, statistical read of your profile — task-level exposure estimates, resilience scoring, and pivot suggestions — generated by a third-party AI model. This is not a certified professional, career, legal, or financial assessment, and it will not capture every nuance of your specific situation. Before your first use of any such feature, you'll be asked to explicitly confirm you understand this. By confirming, you agree that any career, financial, or other real-world decision you make based on that output is your own, and that we bear no liability for the consequences of relying on it.
You can delete your account at any time from the Danger Zone in your account settings. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, misuse the service, or attempt to defraud it (including re-registering after a prior account was removed for abuse).
The service is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including career or financial decisions made based on it.
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India.
If we make a material change, we'll ask you to review and re-consent the next time you sign in.
